Based in Limerick, I am an R.T.I.T.B trained and registered forklift instructor with a wealth of experience in warehousing and Material Handling Equipment (M.H.E.) Having spent 10 years working in the distribution department of Whyte & Mackay distillers in Edinburgh, I returned to Ireland where more recently I held the title of main safety trainer for M.H.E.'s in the Aldi Distribution Centre in Mitchelstown including responsibility for Health & Safety and Accident Prevention. After qualifying as a Q.Q.I. Level 6 instructor for Manual Handling, I set up JD Training and have already delivered safety training courses for a wide variety of companies from Killarney to Sligo and Galway to Wexford. I offer a professional service with attention to detail ensured through specific on-site safety training. Certification is valid for 3 years and part of my service will be to advise clients prior to the expiry of their certificates ensuring peace of mind and compliance with regulations
